the building provides a volume, an envelope, into which the required spatial functions are flexibly “placed” — easily understood at a glance by the client and open, without interfering with the work areas.
since the site is bordered on three sides by streets, the covered public forecourt forms an important transition area between crossing the street and entering the bank. through the complete glazing of the ground floor, it visually continues into the foyer and the teller hall, which are slightly elevated above street level.
the fully glazed foyer runs along the entire length of the teller hall and therefore offers the desired view inside even after business hours.
the double-height teller hall appears transparent and flooded with light due to the generous glazing on the east side (sun-protected by the row of trees behind it).
on two sides facing the street, the hall is flanked by work and meeting areas. an open staircase leads to the first floor, where the multipurpose room — situated above the forecourt — is located, along with the management offices and customer service.

the multipurpose room faces outward — a gesture of openness and public presence on behalf of the bank. activities such as events or exhibitions are thus projected outward.
it is deliberately positioned centrally in the building (with a view into the teller hall), so a visitor to an event also becomes a visitor to the bank.
the work areas without customer interaction "hover" above the two-storey teller hall — clearly visible to all, yet spatially separate from the bank's public areas.
the partition walls of the offices are designed as cabinet walls, glazed above a height of 2 meters, conveying a sense of uninterrupted open space.
