compact building
the compact geometry with double facade and light- and air-filled atrium achieves:
- energy efficiency
- noise protection
- protection from wind when windows are open
- short distances, clear orientation

green oasis, panorama corners
the center of the building is formed by an atrium, whose lower closure—a sloped green area starting from the entrance lobby up to the 1st floor—forms the green oasis of the building. three-story panorama corners connected to the atrium and the green oasis allow views of the danube even from the interior atrium.

reference to outside and inside
all permanent work areas and enclosed meeting rooms face outward. communication areas, technical zones, escape routes, and circulation open onto the light- and air-filled atrium.
circulation, separability
central circulation in the atrium enables short paths, good horizontal and vertical orientation, and easy separation into up to six areas per floor.

permeability on the ground floor
open ground floor area allows visual permeability and space for movement for the public on the "plateau", while at the same time protecting and enhancing the work areas. the water surface marks the end of the plateau (lower street level), bringing energetic benefits. the entrance lobby standing in the water conveys exclusivity and uniqueness.

third facade
large roof openings covered with air cushions allow a light-filled atrium. in the evening, the building glows in various colors and sends a signal for the dc towers.
